We issue a 100% Store Credit for another Rental if the need arises for you to Change or Cancel Your Booking. We will happily provide you our Rental Service at another time, based on vehicle availability. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. This is because of the time and expenses incurred in prepping your vehicle. And because of the hold your reservation places on the rental calendar (meaning your vehicle is not available to be rented once you book your custom reservation). We will extend your rental in the rare event of Weather or mechanical Delay, but we will not issue a refund for any reason.
