Minimum Age to Rent an ATV is 18. The minimum age to ride is 16 with a Parent or Legal Guardian Release of Liability and Damage Agreement. Security Deposit is $750 (or more, depending on vehicle).
The Time You Book is YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. Please be punctual.
Your Trail Time is 1 Hour after your arrival time following your Vehicle & Maps / Navigation Orientations.
Feel free to arrive early if you think you’ll need more time for preparation.

WE REQUIRE A STURDY CROSS TRAINING SHOE OR BOOT. NO OPEN TOE SANDALS/ SHOES/ CROCS/ TEVAS.
WE ALSO RECOMMEND A BACKPACK FOR YOUR VALUABLES/PHONE WITH SUNBLOCK, WATER, SNACK, AND LONG PANTS WITH VELCRO OR ZIPPER POCKETS.
WE RECOMMEND a water proof WINDBREAKER OR Disposable Rain PONHCO for any trip into the back country. We can loan you a Backpack or you can pack your own. This ATV has racks so your supplies/gear in the backpack can be strapped onto this machine.
NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO RIDE WITH THESE!
If you provide 72 HOURS advance notice of Change/Cancellation/ Reschedule/ Vehicle Change we will ACCOMMODATE YOU with Store Credit ONLY (No refunds) for future rental- time / vehicle TBD. If you have a change / cancel within 72 Hours CALL US ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate your change/ cancel / reschedule with a cancellation fee. In the rare event of Weather or Mechanical Delay we will Extend the Rental Return Time to make up for lost time or issue an appropriate Store Credit only for a different day or vehicle. HOWEVER WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. We Ride Rain or Shine and vehicle wash facility is available to avoid cleaning fees in the event of excessive mud riding on wet days.
SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD REQUIRED ON ALL VEHICLES AT TIME OF PICKUP. Store Credit for Future Rental Only if rider does not have ID, Security Deposit, or Meet age Requirements. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!
Minimum Age to Rent a UTV / Side-by-Side is 25. Minimum Age to Operate is 16. Passengers of All Ages are Welcome without restrictions (toddlers may need to bring there own bike or skate helmet-call if you have questions on this). Security Deposit for Operator 30+ is $1500. Security Deposit for Operators 25-29 is $3000. Security Deposit for Operators 16-24 is $6000. All operators & contractual renters under 25 must be approved over the phone by American ATV Prior to Booking. Security Deposits maybe higher for 24 Hour or longer rentals. All Passengers and Operators Must be present with ID at time of vehilce pickup to Sign Release of Liability.
