Minimum Age to Rent a UTV / Side-by-Side is 25. Minimum Age to Operate is 16. Passengers of All Ages are Welcome without restrictions (toddlers may need to bring there own bike or skate helmet-call if you have questions on this). Security Deposit for Operator 30+ is $1500. Security Deposit for Operators 25-29 is $3000. Security Deposit for Operators 16-24 is $6000. All operators & contractual renters under 25 must be approved over the phone by American ATV Prior to Booking. Security Deposits Double for 24 Hour or longer rentals.
Panguitch UT is a very unique full service OHV FRIENDLY Town where you may Ride our Dirt Toys around town for supplies and services and directly access 1000’s of miles of trails and routes in The Bryce Canyon Back-country. We have multiple fuel stations, convenience stores, & restaurants. We have a full service Grocery Store, multiple hotels and RV Parks, Free Backcountry Dry Camping nearby, Ace Hardware, 3 Mechanics, NAPA auto-parts, and a Family Dollar. All these places are Legal to Ride to using the backroads of our town (Do NOT Ride on the Highway!)
The Time You Book is YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. Please be punctual. Your Trail Time is 1 Hour after your arrival time following your Vehicle & Maps / Navigation Orientations. The Orientation time Does NOT Count against your rental time unless you are late.
Feel free to arrive early if you think you’ll need more time for preparation. Make sure you complete the Free Utah OHV Safety Course BEFORE ARRIVAL. Free Utah OHV Safety Course- Mandatory – Save your Utah Certificate on your phone or Print out a copy and bring it with you on your Rental Day!
This Vehicle Type may be Booked for 2 hours, 4 hour 1/2 Days, 8 Hour Full Days, 24 Hours, or Multiple Days and Overnights for Ride Out/Ride In Use in Panguitch UT and the Bryce Canyon Back-country. If you have a trailer and would like to take this vehicle to another area in Utah, please call for Additional Requirements.

This is a 6 Seat UTV that is Great for Mom, Dad and up to 4 Kids. No More than 4 Adults plus 2 small children are advised. If you plan to put 6 Adults in this machine it will seriously limit your Route Options because of Weight Limits and Ground Clearance. Call For Details.
This UTV has a bed area that will allow a Small or Medium Size STURDY Plastic or Metal Cooler With ATTACHED LID to be strapped down in the bed or seat. We include Backpacks suitable for your gear. You may also bring your own backpack if you prefer. Loose Items or Grocery Bags MUST be placed in a Backpack. Bringing Easy Crushable Food Items is not advised.
NO STYROFOAM COOLERS OR COOLERS WITH DETACHED LIDS ALLOWED. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS – IT’S AGAINST THE LAW TO RIDE WITH THESE!
WE REQUIRE A STURDY CROSS TRAINING SHOE OR BOOT. NO OPEN TOE SANDALS/ SHOES/ CROCS/ TEVAS. WE ALSO RECOMMEND A BACKPACK FOR YOUR VALUABLES with a Secure Place for Keys, Wallets, etc;
REQUIRED/ RECOMMENDED- Pack Water, Snack, Lunch, Sunblock. Wear Cargo type Long Pants or Shorts with Zipper, Velcro, or Snapping Deep Pockets. A GOOD Secure Pocket to keep your phone in is handy for pictures, etc.
WE Strongly RECOMMEND a water proof WINDBREAKER OR Rain PONHCO for all riders. We can loan you Backpacks for your Gear, or You Can Pack your own. Extra Layers for Spring and Fall if Temperature is factor or for Overnight Camping Rentals.
Renter is responsible for Cleaning this Vehicle in the event of mud riding on wet days. This does not count against your Rental Time. You can use the coin-op Car Wash on the edge of town upon return, if necessary. This is usually only on muddy days during or immediately after rain / snow events.
Please Call David before booking if you have questions not answered in FAQ’s . Refunds will NOT be issued for Any Reason once vehicles are booked and paid, INCLUDING if renters cannot meet age, GOVERMENMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION & security deposit requirements. 760-964-6060 or 435-676-3636. In these circumstances a future rental store credit will be issued, NOT a refund. Minors (under 18) riding with Parents Do Not Need an ID, but it is recommended they bring one of they have it.
Our Super Flexible Change/Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy- If you provide 72 HOURS advance notice of Vehicle Change we will ACCOMMODATE YOU with Store Credit Only for another rental- New Time / Date/ Vehicle TBD. If you have to change / cancel within 72 Hours CALL US ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate your change/ cancel / reschedule with a minimal rebooking fee. In the rare event of Weather or Mechanical Delay we will Extend the Rental Return Time to make up for lost time. We DO NOT Issue Refunds for Cancellations. We do allow you to rebook anytime into the future with your store credit that Never Expires. We Ride Rain or Shine. Security Deposit with Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card required on all vehicle at time of pickup. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!
